Suit Alleges Manufacturers Failed to Warn about Asbestos Fibers in Their Products

On June 27th, Thomas D. Griffith filed a claim against Dow Chemical and related corporations in the St. Clair County Circuit Court alleging that they did not adequately warn about the dangers of asbestos present in their products.
